As for the photos , Sarah says,“This bottom is on the northward side of the house and was a scrap of a challenge because it only bewilder a little morning Sunday .   The bed is located aright next to the front door . My destination was to create something that felt up kind , inviting , and tranquillise . I am also fascinated with beds that make you feel like you must go up and refer them once you see them . I really enjoy experimenting with texture and get hold blue , silvers , and purpleness to be very relaxing so I wanted to use that color scheme .

“ The estimable way to get the border to bulge was with ‘ Midnight ’ lobelia .   I commingle that with the diffuse feed grain of the ‘ Silver Mound ’ artemesia to create what would resemble the feeling of a stream prevail through the middle of the bed to draw it all together .   I added some of the more captivating kinds of heuchera to provide some variation to the colouration . I that found trailing imperial sweet potato vine   along with ‘ Mona Lavender ’ plectranthus   in the window boxes helped connect the purples and blues into the back of the bed . I added the hakone forest gage around the basis of the Nipponese maple because the chartreuse base really helped foreground the Nipponese maple and also added some additional grain variation . ” So beautiful , Sarah !
